| Chapel Ceremony |
The facilities at Araluen are made available 1/2 hour prior the planned ceremony time,
after the ceremony beverage is offered to your guests as they exit the Chapel, the reception will follow on from there. There is no interruption to the
emotional flow of the event. |

| Exclusive Use |
Exclusive use of all facilities at Araluen for the duration of your celebrations, including
the services of our qualified and professional Master of Ceremonies, Bar Supervisor and all Service Staff. |
| Floral Arrangements |
Throughout the Chapel, function areas, and on the tables. The Chapel and table arrangements are co-ordinated to your colour schemes, whereas the flowers through the building are to match the décor and
style of the building. The table decorations are yours to give your guests if you wish.

| Music |
A good quality three piece band including vocalist will play from the start of the reception period. A demo CD is available and it is possible for
you to discuss your needs with the bandleader. A top quality DJ is available as an alternative.

| Fixed Price |
The cost of the option accepted
by you is fixed for a period twelve months from the date of booking after
which C.P.I. increases will apply. Or alternately we can come to an arrangement
on a totally fixed price.

| Six Hour Reception |
A six hour period commencing 1/2 hour prior the ceremony, or a five hour reception if there is no ceremony,

| Unlimited Beverage Package |
The wonderfully appointed Bar at Araluen is available from the time the building is made available
(soft beverage only prior to your ceremony, if applicable). Full waiter service at the conclusion of the service with cocktails, sparkling and still wines, beer,
soft drinks and juice.
A comprehensive wine list is offered at each table, with Port and Baileys to finish.

| MUMM French Champagne Presentation for the Bridal Party |
Two bottles of classic MUMM Champagne in a special MUMM Champagne Wine Chiller for the Bridal Party.
This presentation includes complimentary MUMM Champagne Flutes for the Bride and Groom.

| Complimentary Wedding Experience for four people prior to the Day |
Approximately every three to six months Araluen hosts a function where clients can experience their wedding
in advance. You can feel the ambience of Araluen when it's full of people, look at the timing, the service, some of the foods, and after the meal maybe learn
to dance a Bridal Dance with our professional dance instructors. All of this in a situation that mirrors your wedding reception.

| The Food Experience |
Select from our menus two entrées, three main courses, and three fabulous desserts.
These will be offered to your guests as a choice and presented in menu form on each table. Your menu will include pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres, connoisseur breads,
steaming fresh vegetables, beautiful sauces, and an elaborate truffle tree presentation of chocolates with coffee and tea. Food items such as Antipasto
and presentations of Cheese and Fruit are available as an option.

| Discounted Package Price for Children |
Children under the age of 10 are charged at a rate of 50% and a menu and beverage consideration is generated according to their age.

Special dietary need or vegetarian menu options do not present an issue provided sufficient notice is given..

| Photography Price |
Photographers can be provided with 2 courses and charged at 50% of the package price.
