Monday - Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm (closed Tuesdays)
Monday Evening 7.00pm - 9.00pm
Saturday morning 9.30am - 11.00am
Usually inspections may be conducted within these hours without an appointment, however it is best to phone first.
Capacities
Saturday evenings Minimum 100 people (full rate) - September to April
Saturday evenings Minimum 80 people (full rate) - May to August
Minimum 50 people (full rate) all other times
Maximum 130 people all times
Guaranteed Numbers
Araluens' stated minimum numbers must be met or exceeded. The number of guests attending is required in excess of seven days prior to the function and will be regarded as the minimum number for catering purposes and charged accordingly.
Numbers may be increased slightly but not decreased.
We will prepare the number of meals to your instructions, if however we are obliged to produce additional meals the cost of those meals will be deducted from the deposit.
Arrival Times
Luncheon - no later than 12.30pm and must be concluded by 4.30pm
Evening - no earlier than 6.00pm

Confirmation of Booking
All reservations must be confirmed with a $1000.00 deposit and all offers, services, facilities and charges are based on current printed literature only. Payment of the booking deposit is acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed in this document. If the required deposit has not been paid there is no booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a function must be confirmed in writing. Your deposit will be refunded when the date has been rebooked. An administration fee of $100.00 applies.
Change of Date
This requires a second deposit to be paid. The same terms apply as cancellations.
Terms of Payment
The total cost of your function must be paid in excess of four working days prior to your function, by personal cheque, bank cheque, cash or major credit cards, credit card payments incur a fee of 1.5%.
The deposit is refunded the week after the function, when all variables have been calculated.
The host of the function is responsible for any wilful damage or theft caused by them or their invitees.
Araluen reserves the right to cancel a function and/or remove individuals without liability.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Araluen supports a responsible service of alcohol policy - alcohol will be refused to those under the age of 18, those who supply alcohol to under age people, or those who are in the opinion of the licensee to be intoxicated.
GST
GST in incorporated in all charges in this literature.
Overtime
Extra time is charged at a rate of $5.00 per person per half hour, inclusive of all costs, if you or your invitees use the facilities in excess of the time offered in this package, overtime rates will apply (either early or later).
Conclusion of Function
The function concludes with the departure of the bride & groom, we allow 45 minutes for the guests to leave, after which $200.00 per 1/2 hour will be charged for additional staff time.
